What should i do next

Hi Anne:) If strength is your main goal then it's gotta be slow and heavy. The fun factor of the other w/o's you mentioned are definitely higher than SH but the challenge of SH is unique, focussed and will get you results. It's such a great series to work on form and technique.:)

I completely agree with Laurie about S&H. But only do it for about 3 weeks as it really take some concentration, then switch to something else...:)
