I have been on the gym styles for 5 weeks and need a change.
Shall we go Pyramids Series or intensity series or slow and heavy.
Input needed...Stength building is main concern.

Hi Anne If strength is your main goal then it's gotta be slow and heavy. The fun factor of the other w/o's you mentioned are definitely higher than SH but the challenge of SH is unique, focussed and will get you results. It's such a great series to work on form and technique.
