I am wanting a life style change and realistically. I know I can only change or focus on one thing at a time. Right now my goal is the working out part. I have been trying to work out five times a week. Once I feel like I am having to spend less energy on getting this done I would like to change one thing about my eating. What would be a good thing? I was kinda thinking on eating more fiber. I know I will not cut out all sweets or not eat starch. I need something doable and fiber I can handle. What do you all think?
