I'm very new to Cathe. As I posted elsewhere, I only have the Kick, Punch, and Crunch video. I can tell I am going to be addicted to this workout. The only thing I can't do is the planks on the ball at the end. How do you get your body up there?!?!?!?!?!?! I'll keep practicing.
Anyway, I am ready to make my next purchase (DON'T tell my hubby!) and I was thinking I would try the Body Blast Series Volume 1 DVD or the Volume 3 DVD. I don't have a barbell so I would need to get that. Which one would you recommend next? Any other than the ones I mentioned?
