What Rotation Are You Doing???

I need something new...has anyone come up with a new, preferably Cathe or a Cathe/someone else rotation, that maybe combines workouts in a cool way, ie. doubling up body parts, coming up with new "parts", ie. the blast only from Low Max with floor legs from Gym Style???

I'm looking for something new and innovative...anyone care to share??

I just did day 4 of my first ever rotation I am doing Fitnessfreak366 Leg Blast Rotation I must say I am loving it I have not been working out in almost a year my body has literally felt like I have been run over by a truck but I am pulling through. I am determined to lift my rear and thin my thighs while getting definintion in my upper body tomorrow is Butts and Guts I have only did this one once and I remember the pain. Thank God the next day is rest day. Maybe you could do a search for rotations thousands will come up thats what I did last year. Good Luck

Clare, you'll be able to find it on the DVD/Rotation Forum. I think the title of it is called November/December Leg Blast Rotation, or something like that.

I'm doing SDS on Mon and Weds., Tues and Thurs doing p90x+ and a 20 minute either Cathe or 90x+ on days when I work (I work weekends)...I do the 40 minute p90x+s on days when I teach hot yoga at night.....I get bored easily, so its almost 2 weeks before I repeat a workout.
