What results have you seen with tae bo?

just wanted to see how ya'll bodies have changed with tae bo. I am tring to thin my legs and get more definition in my upper body. I have been running for about 3 months and have only lossed about an inch in my thighs. What have ya'll done for you legs and upper body that has worked? I am 5'1 and have a small frame. I weigh 107lbs. I am tring to get down to 104 or 105lbs. I would love to hear what ya'll have to say!!

tae bo?

I think Tae Bo is great for the legs and upper body, but so is running. You have to really concentrate on form and power in kick boxing to get the most benefit.

For legs, I am short as well and tend to have thicker legs. You are tiny already, from your stats. Once I get my weight were I want it with the cardio, the ONLY thing that works on my legs is resistance training. I have found sumo squats to be wickedly effective, with a bar bell on your upper back. But, note, you have to have good knees and lower back for this.
Also, you know the "thigh master" ? Well, that is truly a very effective exercise. You can use a resistance band for it.

I haven't done it myself because I go the gym for weight training, but people RAVE about Cathe's PS series. Check it out!
