what regimen workout do you like best?

for me its 3 days cardio with 3 days weights on opposing days. i like to one upper body, one lower body, and a full body routine.
 
2 days cardio - 1 step, 1 not step (normally kick box) 1 day full body weights. lather, rinse, repeat!

Cardio in the am, weights in the pm. M-F. Then on weekends I rest one day and then do a "fun" workout--DM, Cardio fusion, etc...
 
kariev-like you, I like alternating days of cardio with weights. It's also what works 110% BEST for my body. I've tried so many other variations of setting up rotations, but my body really really REALLY responds to:
Cardio
lower weights
cardio
upper weights
cardio
total body weights
rest, yoga or stretch
(oh, and sometimes an extra cardio session, since I'm a cardio junkie)

3 days strength (split routines), 3 days cardio, 1 day yoga. Since I've started P90X, I've made yoga a part of my weekly regimen.

Well, what I like to do and what my schedule allow are 2 different things. I would prefer to do cardio and weights on alternate days, but I have to do weights back-to-back, and cardio back-to-back. Kind of a bummer.
 
Cardio 5-6 times a week, weight training 3 times a week, circuit once a week, core once a week.

Sometimes cardio in the morning & lifting at night.

Sometimes no cardio in the morning & lifting at night.

Sometimes cardio in the morning & no lifting at night.

Sometimes both back to back.

It all depends on my schedule any given week.
