Wht r pyramid pushups, terminators and squat/round house kick, i think this one is in KP, but these have been deleted from the fittv version of the bootcamp, just wondering b4 I order the dvd today??

Hi Neha. I'll try to describe all of these to you.
Pyramid pushups are when you are in pushup position, do a complete pushup & as you come up out of the pushup to push yourself back w/ your behind up in the air as far as you can comfortably (straight arms & legs) like you are forming a pyramid. It's for working the core.
Terminators (done quickly & fluidly) - from standing position, get down quickly into bent frog position w/ hands touching floor, quickly transition to plank position & do 2 scissors w/ your legs. Bring your legs back to standard plank position, pull them in fast & then jump up w/ hands in the air & feet off the ground.
Squat w/ round house kick - Do standard squat & fluidly move into a side kick. Then repeat on opposite leg. Can add a jump into the kick for added work
