What muscles are worked in the Kickmax leg conditioning...

Hi Cathe,
I'm wondering what muscles are being worked in the first segmenet of the Kickmas leg conditioning drills. I know you mention the hip flexors but it seems like the exercise is working outer thigh muscles and other muscles down the leg, too.

I am noticing a lot of positive effects from doing these drills once or twice a week and am wondering how to build on this with other leg work or stretching.

I love your workouts. Thank you for encouraging me to jump higher.

The Bar Method by Burr Leonard is a great compliment to the leg conditioning drills at the very end of the Kick Max workout -

I am thinking that is what you are talking about - when she has you standing by the chair doing the leg drills??
 
OK - I have not had my tea this morning......I was thinking you were asking about compliment workouts by another person as well.....geesh.....I am going to get that caffeine right now...

IMHO - I do the leg drills by themselves and add any of Cathe floorwork to them - great burn - but I also do add pilates and the bar method afterwards as well - I think it is complimentary and sometime my poor legs need a break - lol
