What is your typical daily diet?

New to
Cathe.... wondering what is your typical daily diet Cathe Fans...
I see on the Forums many alternate between videos, running, pilates, and a bit of yoga. I wanted to start off right.

Welcome :)

Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 scoop protein powder
2: Huge salad with 4 oz chicken or fish. The rest is greens of some sort and cherry tomatoes with lowfat dressing.
3: A piece of fruit.
4: Lowfat cheese and more fruit.
5: Large plate of mixed frozen veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper strips, yellow squash, snow pea pods. I sprinkle a little Molly McButter Cheese powder on it.
6: 1/2 cup non fat ricotta with a couple handfuls of almonds and splenda.

That is what I eat during the work week. I'm a little more lax on the weekends but not much :)
 
Quite awhile back a bunch of people would post every day on this forum what they ate, or intended to eat - I loved reading those posts because the meals were very healthy and I got some good ideas, both for recipes and for how to structure a healthy meal. But for some reason those posts stopped, not sure why. I miss them!

I'm in a joking mood. But, actually, I do eat pretty much what ever I like. I try to eat healthy foods and I watch my portions. Welcome to the Forum.

Joanne....I've been on that diet this week as wellx( x( x( I really appreciated Candi's post of her diet up above! She's motivating me to re-center my eating and get back to salads and protein's (veggie style that is ).
