What is your routine? New to Cathe

Hello!
Im brand new to Cathe. I order her 4 new DVD's . Presently I am doing her Beginner Video . I checked out the Success Stories yet expected to see more . From the avatars, I can see so many of you are in phenomenal shape. I would like to ask for your typical routine as well as eating patterns. Also if I can see many chose other forms of cardio, can you advice running routines for beginners. My side aches when I try to jog probably not breathing correctly.

Hi.

My current routine is basically running 3x per week, other cardio like Cathe, spin or the elliptical the other 2-3 days and then usually 3 full body weight work outs or I do 1 full body and 1 split (upper/lower). It depends on how I feel and what I'm in the mood for. I am not super strict with my plan. If I don't leave myself some "wiggle" room I get bored and that is the "kiss of death" for me.
