I have just recently learned about your fitness videos. I am turning 40, and have been doing the old Firm for the past 2 years, and am in pretty good shape, although I do have a weak knee (makes alot of crunchy noises and too many lunges can cause pain the next day.) I do alot of total body workouts, with weights (up to 15lbs). I am overwhelmed by the selection on this site, and would love you to recommend where to start! The videos look like the Firm used to. I am used to using a 14" step, but don't want anything that will "twist" my knee. I am very excited to try your videos!
