Share your favorite rotation so far and why.......
My first rotation I did that I really saw increased strength was the Intensity Series rotation using the PUB/PLB during the week. My arms really started taking on a nice shape during that rotation and by the end of it - I had bought the 20LB dumbbells and could finally keep up with Cathe!
I also liked the Tank Top Rotation Variation - but I subbed the S&H instead of Pure strength........that one is great for added boost to the arms
I am working on the August 2004 Legs and Glutes and Fat loss rotation, so its pretty heavy on the lower body, but hopefully it will whittle away that butt of mine and burn lots of calories since I am using the large muscle groups alot during the week..........
