Me too Christine! The other day I wanted to burn some major calories, so I did the intensity drills of KPC, Cardio Kicks, and Kick Max and then did CTX Kickbox. I love combining them, and have seen some good results lately by adding more kickbox to my routine. In just two weeks I am seeing more definition everywhere! Gotta love Cathe!

KPC has always been my Favorite! I love the premixes on the KPC/L&G DVD. I do try to do the leg conditioning drills from Kickmax once a week.......Carole
That's awesome Pinky, I did a variation of that for the first time today. I did the KM warmup and combos then the last 3 KPC drills then I did a KPC combo, 3 KM drills, a combo, 3 KM drills...... I finished with KPC abs and stretch and I felt awesome. I needed a good tough workout after Christmas and besides, it is 'boxing' day}( :7
