For some reason, I love doing shoulders and calves... Shoulders because I think they are the most awesome body part! And calves because I love the stretch (not to mention how great toned calves look in high heels). This is my only real complaint about Cathe workouts - calves don't appear to be done with any real weight anywhere. I do up to 90 pounds using the Smith machine at the gym... that might be tricky at home.
