What is your fave body part to work out?

For some reason, I love doing shoulders and calves... Shoulders because I think they are the most awesome body part! And calves because I love the stretch (not to mention how great toned calves look in high heels). This is my only real complaint about Cathe workouts - calves don't appear to be done with any real weight anywhere. I do up to 90 pounds using the Smith machine at the gym... that might be tricky at home. ;)

Shoulders for me too....I love the burn when doing lat raises...:)...and I also like working my abs and core. I feel a strong core is very inportant....Carole
 
Back, particularly lat rows and dead lifts, and triceps.

Don't like doing calves, they are big as it is, muscular, no fat, but big. Especially from the front. They look nice from the side though:)

Definitely shoulders for me too. I'd say legs, but only b/c I feel so great AFTER the workout--DURING I'm usually sweating & swearing.
 
Abs, definitely abs. I can't see any definition but I love feeling like I have total control of them when I do small, intricate movements. Can't stand doing legs though. The 'lunge burn' kills me!:+
 
Shoulders, back and abs.

Shoulders because by some miracle, I was born with strong shoulders and working them out with heavy weights makes me feel like I can take on anything.

Back because I have scoliosis and when I started out, I was using only 20 lbs. for BB rows. Despite the two curves in my back, I worked my way to 3 times the weight.

Abs because I never had any and I couldn't do planks before. Couldn't last 5 seconds. Now I coach my friends and family who say they'd like to have a tummy like mine. They are still all afraid of Cathe though. No one still wants to do a Cathe ab routine with me, planks or none.:)

Legs all the way! I love how pooped I am after a great leg workout, and how it gets my heart rate up (just a little bit).
 
Here's my order....

1. Shoulders definitely!
2. Chest
3. Triceps
4. Back
5. HATE BICEPS!

Also love working legs IF I am in the mood :)
 
LOVE LOVE LOVE working chest, especially pec flyes!! But I also love having trouble getting up the stairs after a good glute/ham workout!

And I love being sore afterwards! LOL Makes me feel like I accomplished something good!
 
My favorite changes...right now it's legs but last month it was biceps and triceps. I seem to get on kicks where I get really focused on a different area.
