What is the Roadtrip?

Hi,

I'm new to Cathe, been watching on Fit TV doing StretchMax and Coremax. What is the roadtrip? What all is included? Is there like a fitness evaluation too w/measurements and stuff?

I must not be looking in the right place to find info.. I'm in NJ and I know so is the gym so I thought it might be something I'd like to do. I do belong to a gym in North Jersey but they didn't do any kind of evaluation and I only take cardio kickboxing there and then do Cathe's tapes at home.


Please let me know where to find more details!...

It's a three day trip that 110 are people are taking to go to the gym and actually workout exclusively with Cathe. There will also be games, prizes and a pizza party. I can't wait! You can sign up for it and read more about it on this Forum. It's says Sign Up for the Road Trip here.

BTW, I don't think there will be any fitness evaluations - it's not about seeing how fit everyone is, but rather getting together to have a fun time with Cathe and all of her followers. If you want a fitness evaluation, you should ask your gym to do one for you - that's pretty standard practice for any good quality gym. I remember when I joined a gym, they wouldn't even let me work out until I completed the fitness evaluation.
