I'm very interested in the new Shock Cardio series as I like Cathe's DVDs. I am hoping someone can help me out with what an MMA workout would be like, though. What would a boxing or MMA workout by like, in contrast with kickboxing? Should I expect that it will be a lot like kickboxing, but maybe with more running in place and punching type of drills? I missed the best preorder price but I think it would still be worth it to order now, if I was pretty sure I would like the MMA disc.
