What is it with some dog owners

This guy needs to be reported, most especially if it's an on-going problem (attested to by the fact that others have had the same thing happen). Surely whoever polices the park could keep a look-out for him: it shouldn't be to hard to ID a guy with two aggresive Huskies.

I feel sorry for the Huskies as well, for having such a terrible owner.
