What is in your MAKEUP bag??

Just thought it would be interesting.......

foundation: Neutragena Liquid to powder in light beige
powder : Youngblood Rice powder - absorbs oil
blush: I LOVE JANE for blush - only at Walmart about $3 a blush - its owned by the same people as lancome - their lower end brand I guess, but its terrific blush!
Lipgloss is Clinique pink goddess - their butter cream line - I love that! Very natural looking lip glosses that are not sticky....

Mascara is Neutragena black/brown in thickening formumla
Mac eyeliner in brown.....

I rarely to eye shadows anymore - too much work!

Skin care is Aveeno sensitive skin face soap and Yonka PG lotion........I need a less expensive face lotion though!!!!
 
The cheapest lipstick, blush, eyeshadow and powder foundation I can find that works!}(

Not that I wear it often....LOL
 
Skin Care= Soy/calendula sesitive/dry skin (By The Body Shop at Home)
Clinique Foundation, powder,eyelash primer, mascara, lip liner, lip gloss, and eyeshadow/Time to go check out the new spring line. I am currently thinking about the bare essentials line If I can find a store out here in Michigan

LOL!! I was thinking the same thing? What makeup bag????I have about 3 Mac lip glass and one Bobbi Brown lipstick in the bottom of my purse. Does that count?LOL!!
 
I don't have a make-up bag, but I have make-up in my drawer of my vanity in my bathroom.

Concealer - Maybelline something-or-other (just bought it)
Foundation - Maybelline Dream Whip
Blush - MAC
Eyeshadow - Maybelline again (wow! brand loyalty I wasn't even aware of!) Some four colour thing with browns and beiges
Eyeliner - black, white and silvery blue (I have others but I don't use them)
Eyelash curler
Mascara - Maybelline Great Lash in Soft Black

My lipsticks are all in my purse. I have no idea what brand or colour they are. My sister always gets me one for Christmas in my stocking and it's always great:p
 
LOL at the SAHMs, I know that in the 12 years I was home with my Babes makeup was NOT a big priority:)

I'm not particularly loyal to any cosmetics company, it's whoever's got the promotion on when I NEED something now!

What the heck is in my bag anyway?.......Here goes...

L'oreal Panoramic Curl mascara, waterproof of course!
L'oreal Waterproof eyeliner - black
Lancombe Waterproof concealer (the only waterproof concealer that actually works!
Lancombe Optic eyeshadow, beautiful colour for me, really brightens my eyes up. I have 4 or 5 palettes of different eyeshadows, I stopped wearing it years ago and started again a while back, at 43 I guess the eyes need a little brightening.

The spa where I work carries a line of mineral makeup called Jane Iredale, I've tried their blush and eyeshadow and really like it!

I have a broad selection of lipstick but NEVER wear it, I can't stand the way lipstick feels, I love tinted glosses though.

One of these days I'm going to try some MAC makeup, the makeup artist at work was with MAC for 9 years and raves, raves and raves some more about how great it is!

I meant to say earlier that I have a few basic things, all Mary Kay (good friend is a rep) & though I love how it looks I'm not a makeup fan. I'm not a fan of anything on my face, really. For some reason it feels like my face is dirty/greasy with anything on...weird, I know, but that's just me. I do wear it on slight occasion, though ;)

Oh no...I never wore makeup when I worked outside the house. Just don't see the need for it nor want to make the time to have to fuss with it everyday.

I wore makeup on my wedding day...19 years ago...for the photos, and I regretted it because it wasn't 'me' you know?

Us natural beauties...we scoff at makeup. ;-)
 
I personally never go much of anywhere without make up. I love it. I have all Avon and most of the stuff in my makeup collection I don't even use. I have all of it, foundation, powder (which I never use), eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick, concealer, eyelash curler, mascara. I am totally addicted to makeup but I wear the same thing everyday. Foundation, brown eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and black mascara. It is not that big of a hassle, from shower to finish I can be ready to go in 30 to 45 min. ;) I also don't wear my makeup so it is obvious. I don't paint my face, but I do LOVE make up.

I love staying home with my son but believe it or not, I miss getting up every day and going somewhere...I miss having a real reason to get ready in the morning. I never usually wore more than powder and lipstick on a daily basis but I miss wearing it! I'm obviously not going to put any make up on to stay home with Joey! LOL I guess it's give and take....any time I get the chance now, I put make up since I get the chance so rarely!:+
 
I LOVE Bare minerals!!! I have been using it for about six months, after watching the infomercial about ten times I finally got the starter kit. I live in Michigan and found it at Sephora at Sommerset mall(southeast MI, Oakland CO). I have been a make-up artist and licensed esthetician(facialist) for six years and have tried just about everything out there and I have to say this stuff is the BOMB!
 
Arbonne everything (foundation, concealer, mascara, blush, powder, eyeshadow, eyeliner) but a few eyeshadows that I use as eyeliner...Those are Bare Minerals...

I carry an eyeliner, 4 shades of brown eyeshadows and a black mascara in my purse and put them on, on my way to work. Ohhh.. and my absolute must have - .99 chapstick. Can't leave home without it. ;)
 
When I wear makeup, which isn't very often, I use the following:

* Mac - foundation
* Mac - concealer
* Mac - loose powder
* Sue Devitt Studio - Blush
* I use a variety of eyeshadows from Lorac and Channel. I also use eyeshadow as a liner. I have 1 brown and 1 blue eye and I tend to wear shadows in the pink/burgundy family
* Almay mascara in black
* Neutrogena lip conditioner - I rarely wear lipstick because it annoys me--LOL! I hate the way it makes my lips feel.

The key for me, and the most important thing I do for my face, is to apply a good #30 sunblock. I use the Dermadoctor brand sunblock that also absorbs facial oils and leaves a lovely matte finish.

I am by Birch Run in Michigan I think it would take me about 40 or so minutes I think I will do that this Saturday. Thank You

I use Avon eye liner (blue), Blink mascara, and Aloette moisturizer. I have used Bare Essentials and like it but since I work out at lunch and don't bring it with me and it takes a bit longer to do, I gave up using it. I sometimes use Avon lipsticks but don't like to do so in the summer.
 
No makeup bag, and no makeup. The closest thing I have is chapstick! No jewelry either, by the way.
