what is BodyPump?

I've got a Body Pump video, but I traded for it over at Videofitness (although I understand trading for BP is no longer allowed there). I believe the company sells only to instructors. Cathe's Power Hour is similar to Body Pump.

BodyPump had ONE vhs that they sold awhile back with a barbell (retail. They now only sell to instructors or have classes in gyms. It is similar to Power Hour in some ways. The music on BodyPump is FANTASTIC! Gets you all pumped up and excited to workout (or sing). Very motivating tape. As far as exercises, there's nothing new there. Alexis

What makes BodyPump so much fun is the music. As Alexis stated, the soundtrack is awesome. The 45 minutes really goes by quickly.

Cathe is a certified BodyPump instructor and Power Hour has the same concept as BodyPump. Power Hour is longer and a bit tougher.
