what i hate about doing legs

it makes me freakin famished and i feel like eating ALL day. i can't get enough food to feel full BUT i'm too damned tired to walk to the kitchen so i guess i better keep at it!:*

Hey Jes. I hear that. I hate working my legs. x( And that they of course are where I need the most work. I walked tonight in the heat, and I have some DOMS, and I am starved. So I downed a few slices of turkey breast which did nothing for me. I'll definatley have to eat before doing that freaking rotation tomorrow. Hang in there. :)

Hi Kim and Jes...:)...really....its those heavy leg weight training days that make you hungry...that's why you have to do Freestyle....:)...Carole

I am so glad you posted this: I never made the connection between working my legs and hunger! I always thought extra cardio would increase my hunger, but it's the legs!! Armed with that knowledge (terrible pun!) I can make dietary adjustments. I wonder how freestyle affects this??

Me too me too! When I used to do legs on Sundays it was the one day I'd totally carb out. I always ran to this fabulous local deli & got a huge sandwich with lots & lots of bread. :p

Actually though I don't hate it, b/c if you eat right after you finish you burn it off, & it gives me the chance to enjoy food I don't normally eat.
