I have been doing the Cathe workouts from Fit TV. I just turn on what is ever on and go to it. I think the Kick, Punch and Crunch is the hardest for me. What is your hardest and did you stick with it to the very end?
I think that IMAX2 is the hardest off of Fittv, maybe it's just me, but it just does not seem to let up. Bootcamp is still a kicker too, but KPC is always challenging, I'm almost glad I don't have the whole thing! LOL!
