I usually had a handful of raw almonds and a glass of orange juice, or if I'm in the mood skim milk, but now that I'm doing 90X I've been drinking a recovery drink, not Beachbody's but something I bought at my local GNC. I love the taste of it and I find I have lots more energy after grueling workouts. I plan on using it from now on. I think it will be great after Cathe.
