I just got my intensity series today!!!

I've been doing the BB series for about 4 months but have hit a plateu this past month--in terms of both weight loss and motivation. Actually, the entire month of August was pretty pathetic in terms of avoiding workouts.

Anyway, on Sunday I did Step Blast and Monday was SJP. After taking yesterday off, I thought I would be doing KPC tonight. However, I'm thinking of just trying one of my new collection.

What do you guys think? New or old tonight...and if new - what's a nice Intensity Series to start off with. Also, should I do Cathe's old IS rotation right off the bat or slowly work it in?

1. Do new. Start with Boot Camp.

2. Do the IS rotation right off the bat. It's just the blast your bod needs to shake the plateau.

I agree with Annette.

I love the Intensity Series. Imax2 is my fav and then the Pyramids. Enjoy them.

Well, I survived my first day at Boot Camp. It was far from perfect, but I got through it. What a great tape for my short attention span!
