What do you put in your coffee??

Huh, I don't think mine is all that healthy, but it's how I like it. I use Coffee Mate creamer (lately it's been the coconut cream) and one packet of stevia plus.

Another Coffee Mate creamer gal here. Vanilla Nut is my flavor. I have tried the Silk soy creamers, but not as tasty to me as the Coffee Mate.

I use splenda and fat free half n half. Healthy? Probably not but it's my only vice and I'm not about to give it up!}(
 
I was a proud light cream (not milk, not 1/2 and 1/2, but LIGHT CREAM - the real stuff!) and sugar gal, who's recently switched to black. Somewhere in the switch, I tried vanilla soy milk and I really liked that, to my surprise.

I wasn't aiming to switch to black - I was perfectly happy having this be my one vice, but one day recently I woke up and simply didn't want the additives, and it's been black ever since! Very weird.

I put milk and 3 lbs of sugar. Kidding, though DH is aghast at how sweet I like my coffee. Basically though if it doesn't taste like melted coffee ice cream, I'm not interested. :D

Sorry, can't help in the healthy category. I use fat free coffeemate (the regular kind) with a touch of hazelnut for that yummy taste and splenda.

I only have one cup per day so I allow myself the indulgence. ;)
 
I like my coffee very strong and black. I went through a milk and splenda phase but that didn't last long. I prefer rich, dark roast coffees and I savor them.
 
Fat free half & half and 1 1/2 tspn of sugar. Plus I only like flavored coffee. Snickerdoodle is my favorite.

I've tried all sorts of tricks to get away from adding fat to my coffee, but I've given that up. I now use half & half, and for flavoring I sprinkle in some vanilla powder from Starbucks. I think there's added sugar in that.

During hot weather I prefer the lighter texture of whole milk, and when the weather starts getting chillier and grayer I go back to the half & half.

I'd be willing to consider Stevia but it seems rather pricey and rumored to have a licorice after taste....
