Lets see if I can make this question make sense
When I do GS Biceps, after the barbell curls my arms are pretty fried. So I start the concentration curls with 15 lbs dumbells but of course my right arm is already fatigued and after 5-6 reps, I drop down to 12 lbs. By the time this set is finished, my left arm as gotten a break (just like everyone elses) and I can do all 12 reps with 15 lbs.
My question is, should I do the whole 12 reps with 15 lbs or only do as many reps as I did with my right arm? Will one arms eventually be bigger or stronger then the other? Or should I just keep going until I get the same burn in each arm.
I always wonder when I am working out what I should be doing. I normally keep going until I get the same burn. I guess I could always switch it up as well and start with my left arm the next time.
