what do ya call those end thingies

I'm having a mental blank-

What are those things called that keep the weights on a barbell?

I have the kind that screw on the barbell and it takes too long too change weights. I like the clip kind that Cathe uses. Anyone know where I can find these?

Spring clips? You should be able to find them at any sporting goods store. Even a Walmart or Target should carry them.

My advice: but a good, sturdy pair. I have one pair that I bought at a local fitness store that are nice and sturdy; then I have another pair that came with my curl bar that are kind of cheesy.

i have seen them at wal-mart also if you have a play it again sports nearby i got them $5 and change for a set.
