Hi all. Just got Jari's slim & lean today (only other of hers that I have is RTTC) and probably won't get a chance to preview it before I attempt it tomorrow am. What can I expect in terms of weights to use (I use mostly 10s and 12s with an occasional 15s on RTTC)? TIA
