What brand of stability ball is the best?

So far out of all I have had, I like my Theraband slow deflate one that I got from fwonline.com I have several others. I have only put air in mine once and then added a little more once after it expanded a little. That is it. I have been using it for a long time.

? for Diane Sue. I got a Thera-Band SDB for xmas and found it is much stiffer and less giving than my previous one (Gaiam ball). I made sure it was not over inflated yet I'm finding it uncomfortable to lay on during certain ab exercises because there is little give. It's hard to do inner thigh squeezes or the move in coremax where you have to lift the ball with your feet as you reverse crunch...the ball just slips or pops out. Just wondering if your ball is really stiff and/or did it soften over time & use? Thanks:)

RE: Diane Sue

I never though about it. It doesn't seem stiff to me now but I have had it since the Pyramids first came out. It may have been stiffer at first but the one I was using just prior kept losing its air gradually, "Reebok". And the one just after that was from Walmart and had little nubs all over it. It definitely has some give to it.

Thanks, Diane Sue. I hear Theraband is quite good and you just confirmed that!

Have a nice evening.

The Dura Ball pro. I've seen a clip of it being used as a toy by a baby elephant! And Paul Check does weight training while STANDING on it (let's hope Cathe doesn't get any ideas!LOL!).

I also have a Core Secrets ball, which is softer and seems pretty tough, but I've only had it inflated for about a week! (The bigger size and softer texture makes some move easier, like pikes! I was wondering why those were SO HARD to do on my Duraball pro, which is very firm. Turns out, I was getting more of a stability challenge with it)
