What area do you ALWAYS get DOMS?

Its me and my damn quads

Youd think with all the lunging and the boxing Ive done over the last few months, as will as step, I might have sufferd a little in the hamstring or the upper body, but noooooooo............its the quads

Ouch!! even climbing into bed tonight is going to be a effort. DH is going to have to throw me in head first.

Anyone have a "secret" remedy to relieve DOMS when it gets you, and gets you good?

I almost never get DOMS anymore. Almost...but since I started doing Legs & Glutes (I've done it 4 times?), I get very slight DOMS in my glutes. I like it, though. It makes me feel like I've done something good for myself.
 
Hey Marion! my glutes never bother me, but my hamstrings and lower back certainly do!!! Since starting Cathe in Nov. i have gone to bed religiously with a heating pack on my back, that chair massager laid under my legs(with it's heat function on high) and about 13 advil! I am seriously hoping that it subsides soon, or our electric bill is gonna skyrocket!

I am not having any of those problems, but I am having a problem just getting out of the bed in the mornings...my body just doesn't want to move, and then I feel this little "evil" voice in my head telling me that I will be too tired to exercise today...I never listen and just exercise the same. My husband did the Cathe legs and glutes workout with me and barely could walk the next day...just shows you how much more further I have gotten with constant persistance, but my husband insists he doesn't need to workout his inner thigh areas, etc. LOL. He didn't even want to know what they feel like there...kinda creeped him out! LOL.:eek:
 
My chest--ALWAYS my chest! I've been benching for 16 #$^%(@ years & I still get sore, it's my weakest body part & it makes me nuts.
