Today was PLB - I liked it better this time, I used dumb bells instead and feel like I got a much better workout. Then I took the dog for about a 45 min walk. Tomorrow I think is PUB and prob another dog walk if the weather holds out.
Today was Crunch Super SlimDown Pilates Yoga Blend, that is just so nice and calming. Tomorrow - for the first time - The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout -- a killer. See if I'm still alive tomorrow evening.
