Ok, so far this year has been, um crappy for me fitness wise. Just to lazy and the winter blues
Well, its March already, and I want to get this 5lbs I put on in 2020 off, plus about 10more. 20 would be better but I'd take what I can get. Gotta get the old diet dialed in too.
So I want to see what everyones favorite rotations here are. I like the short 4 week ones. They are easy to sub, like now I'd hit my peloton for most of the cardio cause I do love doing my spin classes. And I can throw in a Live workout once in a while as a sub too.
