<--had to rub/scratch littlest kiddies back while reading posts--too cute he is! At the stage where he gets excited over everything!<--love it so!!!
<--thinking about turning AC on before it gets to hot in here, plus so it will be cooler for <-- WO. Cardio day and all!

<---is LOL because middle 8 yo DS is on a crusade to save chickens and is on a soapbox at the moment:+

<---will save that issue for his adult-life therapy sessions which he is likely to need having lived in this household
<---says on that note <---will be riding in vehicle with DH and 3 DS for five FIVE 5 hours tomorrow and then back Friday

<--will be getting lazy bones up from his nap soon and will take a walk instead of sitting still reading.
<--can get sun walking as well...only problem is legs don't get any color. :-(
<--thinks we will have to have a GTG on someone's patio this summer!

<--says AAAAAH YES...snake appointment...makes sense now. EWWWW! LOL
<--'c current fave dish is spinich (or broccoli or other green veggie of choice!) sauteed in a bit of olive oil with garlic and then throw in ww pasta or noodles and a cut up morning star veggie burger and cook all together with a little balsamic vinegar. Add reduced fat feta on top before eating. YUM! :9
<--says Mr. Joey pants doesn't even always sleep the entire time but is so darned quiet and content that <--doesn't usually even realize when he's awake! <--just picks a time to go get him! LOL
<--is now thirsty from fave dish...time for water guzzling and then a cup of java to make <--'s lunch complete!}(

<--was reading Shannon's eat to live thread and based on her stats (mine seem to be similar) and what she said she is supposed to weigh according to that book, <--would look like heck if she weighed that little!:eek: Wonders if this guy believes in weight training??? Not flaming book by any means...just can't figure out how <--is supposed to NOT look sickly at such a low weight unless there is NO muscle involved??
