What are good tapes during pregnancy?

I'm just 2 months pregnant. What tapes have you guys found that are good for while you are pregnant? I have some pregnancy yoga tapes, and I just ordered the Leisa Hart Fit Mama and Nancy Popp Pre-Natal Workout from Collage. I also have all my Firms and Cathes. I feel I can do some of my Firms with modifications, but most of my Cathe's are too intense (Muscle Endurance, BootCamp). I've been spinning too.
What tapes do you recommend?

Thanks,
Carole

I used Karen Voight's Energy Sprint a lot. It is a good low impact workout, but, of course, the music and clothing are very dated (1993?). I bought Fit Mama also, but found the salsa aerobics annoying and repetitive, and they didn't raise my heart rate up very high. I used Christi Taylor a lot (Totally Hot Cardio, Still Jumpin', Hi-Lo Heaven). For strength training, I used Cathe's videos and modified what became uncomfortable. Cathe's cardio workouts were okay through my second trimester, but after that I needed so many modifications that I didn't use them much. Good luck!

Cograts. My first trimester I didn't modify at all. As my pregnancy progressed I used mostly firms, firm strength/firm cardio,tortoise/hare/tt2, body sculpt etc. I also used Gay Gasper's Greatest step and Step and Strike. The only pregnancy video I liked was fit for 2. For more ideas, check out each weeks workout log. I continue to exercise daily, 2 1/2 weeks to go for me.
