What are "firewalkers"....

and how do you do them? Sorry to sound stupid, but I'm kinda new and I didn't get the new dvd. Has Cathe done them before?

these are the first videos she's done them...

you use a circular band (or tie your regular band around your ankles) then side step in them... standing up and partially squatting down.... you get a good burn in your side hips... i bought the circular bands (several different thicknesses/resistance) and they work great!

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!
