WhaaHOOO, Day 1 of my first Cathe rotation....

I did it!!! I could do all the moves and at least 75% of the reps and sets. WOW! I'm completely a-freakin-mazed at my strength and endurance. :p I did Legs & Glutes (taped from FitTV) and then a 25 minute brisk walk (instead of a run). Of course, I used about 1/3 of the weight that Cathe used especially since this was my first time ever doing this workout. I think I can go up a little in a couple of the exercises next time. WOW! I just love that that's a possibility!! }( :7

That's it, it's official. I'm a Catheite. I really liked Legs & Glutes- just right the amount of challenge and burn for me but no intimidation once I got going. :p
