<-- wonders if everyone grills artichokes like DH does?? they are *MARVELOUS*. Soak artichokes in lemon juice and water for 30 min-3 hours. Trim the leaves and stalk, then add in 1 tsp chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the 'choke in heavy foil and put on the grill for 35-45 min. YUM:9 :9 :9
