Morning girls,

Well, my scale was up again this morning. Guess I have to be a little more careful on the weekends. I did 4DS KB this morning (just the cardio) and after I take the girls to school I will do some circuit work and maybe a little more cardio. We'll see.

Hope you are all rested from the weekend and are ready to make it another fantastic week!
 
Workouts for the day are done. HSC (that is a really HARD workout for me... talk about lots of reps) and the all step premix of CF. I will get this weight off if it kills me.

Now I need to eat and go pick up the girls for lunch. It's rainy and gross outside and the neighbor's cat is meowing at me to let her in... I don't think so.

Stay clean and tidy and get your sweat on!!:p
 
Awesome job Angie!! I need to take a page out of your book and get moving on some cardio and see if I can shed a couple #s! I was thinking about you this morning - when do your classes start?

I feel off the wagon this weekend:( We were putting up the Christmas tree and cleaning and having family time so I ended up baking (and eating) sugar cookies. I am sending them away today so the temptation will be gone. 100% squeaky Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday!

Another 80+ underage drinkers in court this morning, and I have probation violations in the afternoon, so I likely won't get much done. Underage drinking arrests are DOUBLE from last year - which means my work load is double (pay is still the same though ;):rolleyes:).

Okay, off to do my run that I never got around to this weekend (I know, I suck). Bbiab!

Today is PACKMAX!!! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! I cannot wait to leave!!!!!! We've got plans to go sledding in the mountains and BF and I are taking our girls (minus Julia) to the Nutcracker. We'll be doing black friday shopping starting at midnight at the outlets! FUN FUN!!!!

WO is not likely but maybe I can fit simething in there. Gotta take Pooch to the kennel too.

Eats'll be weird from doing fridge cleanout but I have lots of clean options.

good morning everyone. it felt soooo good to sleep until 6am! but, i am determined to go to the pool after i drop off the kids - no excuses! i also need to hit target and get some stuff, bday present for a classmate of finn's, etc.... yday was clean, today will be too, despite the drooling over holiday goodies.

angie, great wos! i miss cf - i have not done step in ages. when are you celebrating tgiving? where will it be?

Kate, your plans for Thanksgiving sound wonderful! I remember getting all dressed up and going to the Nutcracker as a child - so fun! And shopping at midnight sounds right up my alley!

Nina, have a good swim! I need to take Collin, maybe tomorrow. We are having about 12 or so for Thanksgiving - a manageable number. Those cats are really enjoying taking their naps under the tree!

5 mile run done - felt great! I will likely not get a very long lunch today, so I will check in when I get home from work.

since I did not get many w/o done last week because of sickmax I must get something done this week. My work hours are long and crazy so I must get up 20min early to get a quick kbells workout in.

Salut tout le monde!!

So I'm in a bit of a slump. I didn't workout again yesterday and ate KFC leftovers for lunch and 2 slices of pizza for dinner. And I'm crabby! Go figure, right? On the bright side, I did get lots of housework done. This week is going to be crazy busy with dance rehearsals/recital for the girls and Thanksgiving. I'm going to do my best to eat well, drink lots of water, and get in some kind of exercise, however small. There's really no excuse-lots of people who are way busier than me manage to get it all in. Today I'm going to do the PS BBA workout I missed from last week and a short cardio.

Angie, way to rock those workouts! Very impressive! Sorry about Annabel:( Being a mom hurts. Hugs.

Katie, holy busy! See if you can manage to workout, I have no reason to make excuses. Nice run!

Kate, have fun packing! You're going to have a blast. Have the girls ever been to a ballet? How exciting for them:)

Robin, my eats were worse and my weight is up-probably from all that sodium. Climbing back on today! Hope work flies by!

its back-on-track monday for a bunch of us, i see!!

just had a boiled egg and my coffee. headed out to 9:30 group step class. i wish there weremore kb classes in the am, i really enjoyed that one and easier to modify than step.

JJ has not gotten sicker which is nice -- he isnt stuffy today and no more fever so i think its safe to go to the gym. hesuredid keep me up halfthenight tho!!!!!!!!

i keep telling myself my eats could be soooooooooooo much worse. compared to friendsand fam i did awesome thisweekend, compared to you guys, not so much, andi so appreciate checkingin with yall and the constant reminder of clean/tidy =) lord knows i dontget that anywhere else.

angie, yourwo's are smokin'!!! go on with your bad self!!!

katie, nice run! when u mention the underage drinkers i have flashbacks of howmuch of went on when i was a teen. parties were hardly ever broken up, ppl never arrested, must be different now, thankfully. samewith cigs... at 14 had no trouble buying them but i got carded all the time as an adult (i quit a few yrs ago). lol!!

I did reach my goal of losing 1/2 inch but that was last week when I wasn't eating right and I was sick.
 
Hi Everyone!

Well I gave my 2 weeks notice this morning and totally shocked my boss. I am so relieved that is over with. I am not allowed to tell anyone until he figures out a replacement for me later today or tomorrow. I really want to tell people so I am sitting here ready to explode. I can't even post on facebook because I am friends with a former coworker who is friends with everyone here. Sigh!

I have been waking up with a sore back so today I did GS Bi's, Tri's and Shoulder. I tried to do Chest but only made it through the pushups. As soon as I tried a bench press I was in pain so I stopped. I think I need to make a chiro appt. but the day is slipping away so I need to do it soon.

Robin, ^5 on reaching your goal. Now you just need to maintain.
Wendy, I guess JJ's sickness saved you this weekend. I hope he survives your workout this morning.
Kate, packmax is a workout in itself. Your trip sounds wonderful!
Katie, I am so ready for holiday cookies even if I am bah humbug about Christmas. Good job getting rid of them.
Angie, weekends are my downfall too. Drink lots of water and hopefully the scale will go back down this week.
Nina, ^5 on the clean day! Pumpkin bars are a Paula Deen recipe with all kinds of bad stuff in them but really tasty. I'll post the link later.
Klaudia, good luck getting everything done this week. Take a few minutes to plan it out and it will really help keep you on track.

Wendy, I'm glad JJ is on the mend. I made that stuffed potato-ham-cheese dish for dinner last night and it was yummy. And now I have leftovers to heat up so I don't have to cook every night this week. How was step class?

Klaudia, I'm in a HUGE slump, but I'm just going with it for now. You'll snap out of it quicker than I will, but that's not saying much. ;) Are the girls excited about the recital? I wish I could come. It's on Saturday, right? What time?

Katie, great run! Will work slow down with the holidays for you? Or does it get worse? Things totally slow down for me in terms of phone calls/email, but it gives me time to catch up on all the stuff I ignore when there are lots of calls/emails.

Nina, you crack me up, "sleeping in until 6 am." I woke up before my alarm today and consider that an accomplishment.

Well, I have lots of family drama here. :confused: It all revolves around the care of my aging parents and my aunt and her family apparently don't think we're doing a very good job. And maybe we're not, but since none of them ever talk to or visit my parents I really don't think it's any of their business. Blech! I really need to move to the west coast...

how is everyone doing? clean and tidy? wos in?

i had a wonderful long swim today. i did not think i would go so long, but the more i did, the better i felt. eats have been really weird and snacky, though. a few dark choc covered almonds, but my sweet tooth is cured, and i know the rest of the day will be good clean tidy meals! target shop done. i gpot a flyer from the exchange on base with coupons (scratch off) for next week - addidtional 5-30% off! i made a big list, so i am feeling super organized!!

colleen, so glad you got the notice thing over with. i will be happpy for you when you can tell people. silence sucks.

anne, i am so sorry for the fd. everyone is a critic, and they all have opinions on what should be done and how. no one else, however, is doing it. do your best, try to ignore the rest. do you think you will move out west? i'd love to live in seattle.

klaudia, sorry for the funk and the food. be kind to yourself this holiday week. try a body rocktv wo. i know i say that a lot, but they are so short, and it can be fun to do something new. plus, you can do them anywhere. what a crazy week you have.

Workout done! I didn't do the cardio cause I ran out of time, but maybe I'll sneak in a bit while watching DWTS tonight;) Got a FB message from Darrin's college housemate that we saw this weekend-he said I was in great shape and wanted fitness advice! Made my day-that and Kate's comment!;) Feeling good today! Oh, and eats are clean:)

Wendy, glad to hear JJ is on the mend. Believe me when I say we've all had our days. We're here to motivate and support each other-especially during the "Food Season" coming up!

Anne, I would love you to come to the recital! Are you going to be at your parents'? The recital is Saturday at 7pm at the John R. Armstrong Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $15. Nina, I'm going to look at those bodyrock workouts for next month-I'm thinking short workouts cause of the holidays. Glad you got all your stuff done! I love when I have those days:)

Kate, good work on BM2! The girls are going to be in awe-the Nutcracker is a wonderful intro to dance.

nina, if nuts are your downfall, it aint so bad =) i justbakedmyself, pumpkin cake with cr chs frosting and a choc cheesecake. the good news is these are going to various ppl so i cant even eat a tiny slice!! and i have to leave big notes on them in the fridge so dh and ods dont eat!!!

colleen, hooray for giving yr 2 wks! woohoo!!!!! and yes, JJ getting sick totally saved me on sat night... prob would have eaten a whole bunch more and truth is i got home and wasnt hungry for dinner atall!

klaudia, glad you got some wo in! and so nice to have a GUY ask you for fitness advice, no? they always think they know more than us...

robin, so jealous of yr kbell wos!! step class isnt all high impact, and i do some of the jogs, power knees and such (depends on the move and how my knee feels). thx to cathe vids i pick up choreo quick and am a good modifier =) these are the classes at my gym: http://www.bodytrainingsystems.com/pages/bts_programs/GroupStep.htm

so yeah, class was good - i do modify abt 25% of the time but still feel super wo after -- i dont do anything super high impact or bounding all the way across the step or super twisty moves. tomorrow is group power...

Nina, thanks for the kind words. You're right and I've just been stewing about this all day. I think I need to talk to my cousin and clear the air. I'm now remembering all the reasons I rarely talk to her, although I'm trying not to hold a grudge. It's tough; I'm Irish, so I'm good at grudges!

Wendy, those desserts have me drooling! It was rather nice to have a guy notice. It was really funny. He was like, "Wow! You have a really great figure!" Sounded more like an 80 year old than a guy who's 37! But, I'll take it!
