Went to the doctors...

I went in for a visit yesterday because I was feeling like I had a watermelon between my legs. Well it is the little guys head and I am 1 cm. dilated. They would love it if I could go 1 more week but if not then it is ok. I am returning to the dr.s on wed. and they will see how much change there is. As for now I am not supposed to stand too much or sit upright too much to keep his head off of my cervix. I am sitting at the computer right now but I had to let you guys know. I had 5 contractions this morning but they have stopped so we will see. I will keep you posted. I hope everyone feels good!!1

Sounds like you have a considerate young man who is trying to come out early and save you a csection. Its funny with dd#1 when I was 2 cm dilated at a visit, I still felt fine.

Congrats! I hope to be there with you soon! I know what you mean, this time I am not even dilated but am uncomfortable, but w/ds#1 I was dilated to 3 and didn't even realize it!!!!
