Hey there...haven't done ME yet...I'm a late exerciser!:) I'll be doing it around 7-8pm tonight....I'll post on this thread when I'm done to let you know how it went though!

I doubt you will see this before you start but i think this one will be a good one for you because ther is very litle lying on your back. Just for chest work and you already know how to work an incline. Then for abs. When I was pregnant, I was lazy and never bothered with my abs...felt there was no hope. BAD ATTITUDE...shame on me!
 
I was good about doing abs thru my first trimester b/c I could do them the conventional way...after that, even though I have a stability ball and can create an incline with my step I RARELY do them now *hangs her head in shame*. I know I really should but I just don't feel like I am working them when I do them on an incline...I don't know why...maybe I'm not contracting my muscles hard enough because I have a subconscious fear of hurting the baby?? At this point, I have pretty much given up on my abs until post-delivery...I'm almost 7 months pregnant and can probably count on one hand the # of times I have done ab work since my 1st trimester ended...x(
