Low max is killer for the legs, the workout schedule you posted seems like a great leg shaper!! I love DOMS! I do need to heavy up my upper body, i tend to have skinny arms and legs (apple here LOL)
I'm thinking maybe another cardio workout added somewhere? I don't have fit tv, but i do have all Cathe's. What do you have from fit tv?
What strength and cardios?
I started logging my food intake this morning too. I've been so careless with this all the time. Need to take more protein.
