Hello,

i read a while ago you were thinking of purchasing the urban rebounder. i am now contemplating purchasing one also. how do you like yours? do you feel you are getting a good workout?

Hey Sunnydelite!

LOL, yes, Shelley is absolutely correct! I think it's tons of fun and I have discovered that it is a good calorie burner too! I had said in my daily check in post just yesterday that it seems to be on par with the calorie burn of a medium intesity step work out. It's also nice to the joints as they claim which is good because my one knees likes to yell at me often these days!x( My abs are braced the entire work out so that's got to be a good thing too, right?

Hey Sham,

I purchased the actual URBAN REBOUNDER. Got it off HSN cause it was cheaper there....I looked at all of the other options before I purchased though just to see what else was out there and what the prices were.
