I've seen a couple posts on here recently advising a 10 - 12 week rotation. I thought it was recommended to take a week off after 8 weeks. Is that still the case?

Also, I have a horrible time with those ab exercises where you chop like an axe. Am I supposed to be coming up like a crunch and then axing at the tree, or is it lower to the floor? Those things are nasty-hard! :)
