Does anyone know of a good website to order a good set of weights from? I'm looking for weights 100 pounds or more.

The shipping is outrageous, but at least it's understandable why. I ordered my olympic bar set from Sears.com, and had them deliver it to the local store. That way I didn't have to pay shipping.
