Weighted gloves..

Hi cathe! I noticed that in KPC and KM you are wearing weighted gloves but in the 4DS kickbox you are not. Is there a aparticular reason why? Just curious. I also wanted to purchase a pair for myself can buy them from your website? Thank you and have a great day!!!! Lilly

Cathe doesn't wear weighted gloves in any of her KB workouts.

What look like weighted gloves are black hand wraps with some black tape over them to keep them from unrolling.
