I have done pyramid lower body.Those exercises in the stability ball are fantastic.A question¿When cathe says: I use 40 pounds with barbell she says that there is 40 pounds in total using 20 and 20 pounds in each side of the barbell ?. ¿Am I in the right thing?Thank you for answering.
 
Yes it is a great workouts.I will able to use someday the weight cathe uses?I hope so.Can you use the same weight that cathe uses?
