Well,I was the last one to post so I didn't miss anyting! Today is either BM2(comb's plus upper body)or Imax2(30min) plus B&G(30min).
I went to sparkpeople.com yesterday and typed in what I ate.If I follow WW'ers,I stay withinn the daily calorie intake that they suggest! Its like 1330-1670(although I think 1330 is very low). I was wondering if I should also eat the calories burned or just try and stay with the calorie intake that they suggest? I typed in my workout monday(did C&W) and it said I burned 580....thats alot of calories to eat!(But i didn't eat them on monday)Somethings is keeping me from losing any pds on the scale! I measure on sunday(every 7th)so maybe i've lost some inches this month!
