Last nite I went to a barbeque where my friend made pulled pork sandwiches. Now, I love pulled pork and he made it with me especially in mind. So, I ended up eating the pork but skipped the bread. Anyway, I did have wine and I had some of DH's ice cream but all in all I didn't do too bad. I used about 9 flexies (I had about 8 AP's so that helped).
Today, I'm going to stay at 20-22 pts. We are not going out tonite so I think I'll make some zero point soup. Tomorrow (weather permitted) we are going to the state fair. That's another challenge!!! Fair food can be a killer. Any advice???
Going shopping this morning with DH. My body is really sore from PUB/PLB this week and my two hour cardio session yesterday. I'm thinking I'll do Cardio Coach #2 later. It's a fairly easy one. Tomorrow I'll do BC/ME combo to prepare for the fair.
