Weight Watchers and GWF

Dawn, I'm not on WW but I use my GWF quite a bit. It is so helpful to truly understand my activity level. I can only imagine that it would take the mystery out of that part of the ww program. I have friends that have done very well with the food points, but have been unsure of how activity points they have earned, The GWF could only help.

Have you used the GWF? Let me know if you have any questions.

HTH :)

I have a GWF, but have not been well enough to be on an eating program. I have found the GWF to be incredibly valuable to understand everything that is happening. I have always been frustrated with any weight loss program because I always felt I was shooting at an invisible target. Yes, I could manage the food intake part, but was sort of flying blind on the calories burned part. I always found this to be completely demotivating. Now with the GWF I have a really clear view of my calories burned each day as well as my sleep patterns. For me that is really helpful since I am a notoriously poor sleeper.

Anyway, when I am well enough I plan to combine the GWF and an eating program and suspect it will be incredibly helpful.

Good luck,

Shayne

Thanks Baylian! Sounds like something that has been missing in my life!!!! :) Have to look into it!

BTW - WW put my mom (a onetime model, who gained 50lbs in her 40s when the docs took away her speed!)on track at 68 years old and is now off lipitor and b/p meds, saving her (ok, we taxpayers) over 1000/year in co-pays! May look into GWF for her too!
