Does WW give you enough calories to sustain Cathe's hard workouts? I run into the under eating issue and end up storing because of going into starvation mode. I thought about using WW to lose 10 lbs.
Randi, yes, WW gives you "activity points" that correspond to your workouts to give you the extra calories you need, especially for the hard cardio workouts. So it should work for you fine.
